United States Customers

Orders shipping to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are determined by U.S. Customs and Border Protection. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost shown on our website. BIRROT has no control over these fees, and they must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.

United Kingdom Customers

Orders shipping to the United Kingdom may incur VAT, customs duties, and handling fees once the package arrives in the UK. These additional charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. All duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient when the order is delivered.

International Customers (Outside the US & UK)

All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees according to the regulations of the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. BIRROT cannot estimate or control these costs; they are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship worldwide from Copenhagen, Denmark. Please note that all duties, taxes, and customs charges must be settled by the recipient at the time of delivery.

Refused Deliveries

If you refuse delivery, DHL will return the package to us. Once the item is received back at our facility, we will refund the product price only.
Please note that shipping costs, return fees, and any customs charges are non-refundable.
