Refund policy
ONLINE ORDERS
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. However, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition in which you received them: unworn, unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging (including the poly bag). The packing slip or other proof of purchase must be included.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@birrot.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your order was shipped from our Flagship Store, please contact us before returning the parcel to ensure it is sent to the correct address.
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any other related expenses. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process your return after we have received the package. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to be posted to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at customerservice@birrot.com.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please place a new order and return the unwanted item in accordance with this return policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at customerservice@birrot.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
For purchases made in-store, we offer exchanges or store credit only. Store credit is issued in the form of a gift card and can be used exclusively in-store. Refunds are not available for in-store purchases.
Archive sale
All archive sale purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or claims on archive sale items.
CLAIMS
All purchases are covered by Danish Sale of Goods legislation, which provides a 2-year right to make a claim for defects.
You have the right to complain about defects that appear within 2 years from the date of purchase. However, this right does not apply to defects or damage caused by misuse, lack of proper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
If you believe you have received a faulty item, please contact customerservice@birrot.com as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue so we can assess and process your claim promptly.
