These terms and conditions apply to any purchase made from birrot.com (the “Site”). Using the Site and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out herein. Please make sure you have read and understood the terms and conditions before placing your order.

Prices and payment
The prices displayed at the Site include Danish sales tax/VAT but do not include a delivery charge or local customs fee, tax and duties.
Note that if your order is placed outside the EU you will not have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT, which can be refunded from the Danish authorities, but you may have to pay additional customs fee, tax and duties in the country of destination. Birrot ApS is not responsible for these or for any fees charged by customs. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges and to get the refund of the Danish sales tax/Vat from the Danish authorities.
Preorders
If you make a preorder, you will be required to pay the full purchase price as a deposit at the time you place your order. The delivery time of pre-orders can be found on the product site of the item, you wish to pre-order.
Ordering/conclusion of contract
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation. The money is only withdrawn when the item(s) are packed and sent from our warehouse. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, we will let you know at the earliest opportunity. If we have already received payment for such order, we will attempt to refund the applicable amount using the same method used to make the payment.
Governing law and venue
The agreement to sell and purchase items from the Site shall in all respects be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, excluding the conflict of law rules.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the agreement shall – where such dispute cannot be settled amicably – be decided with final and binding effect by the city court of Copenhagen.
Item availability
Although we aim that the website is accurate in all respects, we can not guarantee that all available products at Birrot ApS shop is in stock when your order is processed.
In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, we will contact you shortly via e-mail and give you the opportunity to revise or cancel your order.
