Returns and Exchanges
ONLINE ORDERS
We hope that you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt. We will refund the full amount of the returned item(s), but not the original shipping costs, and you are responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other expenses.
All items must be returned in their original condition, with the packing slip, without having been worn, washed, or altered, with all tags still attached and with the poly bag. We reserve the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return conditions.
If you would like an exchange or a different size, you will have to place a new order and return the style that you do not want.

If your order was sent from the Flagship store, please contact us before sending the parcel.
Your return will be processed as soon as possible. The estimated processing time after we have received the package is 5-10 business days.

IN-STORE PURCHASES
For in-store purchases, we only offer exchanges or store credit in the form of a gift card, which can be used exclusively in-store.
RETURN POLICY FOR ARCHIVE SALE
All archive sales are final; we do not accept any returns, claims, or exchanges on any of our archive sale products.
CLAIMS
All goods are covered by the current Danish law, which gives customers 2 years to complain about a product. As a customer, you can complain about defects that occur within 2 years of purchase. However, if defects or wear and tear are caused by negligent use, lack of maintenance, or regular wear and tear, the right to a complaint is denied.
